At ACWAY, we believe in the role young people can play in initiating change and translating international issues into local community activities.
ACWAY fellows have delivered over 200 interfaith & intercultural activities in over 85 countries engaging more approximately 1700 people.
An ACWAY activity is:
-an interfaith and intercultural activity
-conducted by ACWAY fellow or member
-on a voluntary basis
-promotes peace, harmony, and tolerance in their respective community ACWAY activity can be conducted in many different ways and forms which is up to fellow’s creativity.
In the past five years, ACWAY fellows conducted educational activities (training, dialogues, workshops, roundtables), online and real-life campaigns, and a variety of social activities (music festivals, sports events, exhibitions).
