Across all of our forums, we’ve witnessed the transformative power of young people committed to peace. Each forum, each conversation, each connection has been a step toward a world where differences are celebrated, not divided.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re filled with gratitude for every young peacebuilder, every partner, every voice that has joined this journey. Your commitment has made these 10 years unforgettable.

This International Day of Tolerance, a few of our ACWAY Fellows represented the power of youth interfaith leadership at the ‘United Human Values: Youth and Future Foresight’ conference in Muscat, Oman. 🇴🇲

Our incredible Fellows shared powerful insights on building peace across faith divides:

✨Muhammad emphasised how “global networks like ACWAY empower young peacebuilders in ways individual efforts cannot”, highlighting the magic that happens when young changemakers connect across borders!

✨Immanuel while reflecting on his time at the conference commented that “leadership is vital for societies to thrive” and that faith leaders’ moral authority is essential for “fostering tolerance, guiding mediation, and sustaining lasting peace”

✨ Yakeen celebrated Oman as “an excellent example of vision and tolerance” that inspires us to “work on collaborative projects in our communities for capacity building and explore community resilience”

💡 Key takeaway? When young leaders are included they can contribute to creating societies rooted in tolerance and peace.

This December, we’re coming together to celebrate and reflect on ACWAY's journey...so far.
