Engage religious and spiritual communities in the protection and empowerment of girls and women against violence and abuse.

Objectives 

5.1 Empower people to address gender inequalities and violent mistreatment against girls and women in the name of religion; 

5.2 Support the creation of initiatives and regional bodies that can work to protect the dignity and rights of religious and nonreligious girls and women;
