Sara Rahim joined ACWAY in 2017 and has since supported the organization’s growth and evolution in various capacities: as a Fellow, Forum Program Manager, Executive Committee Member, Strategic Advisor, and now Trustee. With over a decade of experience in cross-sectoral collaboration and network cultivation, Sara has designed, implemented, and scaled programs across health equity, workforce development, workplace inclusion, and interfaith/intercultural engagement.

Sara is currently a Portfolio Manager at SHRM Foundation, where she works to create inclusive, thriving workplaces. Previously, Sara served on the Workplace Innovation team at Interfaith America, running programs and fellowships that promoted religious inclusion across business and healthcare. Sara has long engaged in global interfaith and intercultural bridge-building efforts, and has addressed the White House, the United Nations, and G20 Interfaith Forums. She has been recognized as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, and has served as a UN Youth Representative for the Parliament of the World’s Religions. She holds a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
