The Colours of Diversity workshop was developed to support young people, particularly college students, in leading initiatives beyond their formal education and engaging in meaningful discussions on diversity and harmony. Recognising their potential as future leaders and changemakers, the project aimed to provide a structured platform for youth to share ideas, build confidence, and participate in global conversations linked to World Interfaith Harmony Week.
Main aims
The project aimed to bring young people together to explore the concept of diversity, introduce them to the ACWAY movement and its global impact, and raise awareness about World Interfaith Harmony Week. It also sought to develop participants’ teamwork and dialogue skills, while encouraging critical thinking and active participation in discussions on peace and coexistence.

A variety of methods, including storytelling, games, role-play, dialogue exercises, and short film screenings, were used to encourage engagement and reflection.
