This event was part of a national project which took place during the whole year of 2015 and is going on with several events in 2016 as well. Harmony among Faiths is part of the national tour Teofonia – Notes of Faiths for a single harmony and fits into the calendar of the Week World of Harmony between Religions: The World Interfaith Harmony Week.
It was organised in two sessions:
First session:
• Dialogue between representatives of Islamic and Hindu communities of Italy.
Second session:
• Hindu dance items and Islamic traditional music accompanied by readings from the sacred Scriptures of Vedas and Quran.
The event was aimed at showcasing the beauty of interfaith harmony and friendship by means of a cultural approach based on the timeless forms of expression of music and dance. The event is focused on the collaboration of Hindu and Muslim, along with Christian, Buddhist and any religion that wishes to join. The event was open to the all the citizenship.
